Lots of families love the Westmead Program for Stuttering, aka ‘robot talking’. But the biggest challenge is doing enough of it. The clinical trials talk about 4-6 sessions of 5-10 minutes each every day.

This one-page template is designed to motivate children who stutter to do the treatment and make it easier for parents to track robot-talking sessions.

One of the hardest things with the Westmead Program for Stuttering – also known as Robot Talking – is finding the time to fit in practice 4-6 times a day. We all know that the best way to do it is to embed the practice in everyday routines.

A while back, one young client challenged me to come up with a list of activities he could use to practice his robot talking. Well, I love a good challenge! And I thought I’d share our list with you, too, for use with your own clients!
