Description
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a significant number of allied health training courses have switched to an online mode of delivery, and it seems this will remain the case for some time.
When developing online workshops, Australian allied health workshop owners and trainers need to create significant intellectual property and materials for the course. Often this can include confidential information about operational and clinical practices, client information and other sensitive information.
This 6-page agreement template allows participants (other allied health professionals) to access and use the online course provided they agree to the terms and conditions of the online course access agreement. Amongst other things, the template includes provisions relating to participants agreeing:
- not to download, record or share videos, screenshots or training materials associated with the online course;
- not to copy or distribute training materials;
- not to allow any other person to watch the online course; and
- to keep all confidential information accessed during the online course confidential.
A Word version and PDF version of the template are included as part of this resource. This template is suitable for allied health course creators based in Australia.
